b) Payment of 25 per cent actual salary for every extra hour.

Sanctions There is no doubt that applying sanctions to contumacious lawbreakers is tough by itself, especially when, because of lack of denunciations these faults have become such a habit that when authorities intervene, it is too late to prevent such violations.
But if there is any scruple feelings about effecting such denunciations, it should be discarded as soon as each of these lawbreakers are sanctioned they will learn to run their business in ORDER, and according to the law, to escape according penalties.
