BourgeoisieCommunism

ulsovdo 20 We can state that almost all the loaders are members of the CP or the YCL. There are no professional leaders.
The MOPR of the Caribbean has carried out good work in the sense that it has struggled constantly for the victims of the semi feudal fascist terror, mobilizing the working masses. Its organisation is weak, owing principa lly to the fact that the conrades in charge of this work have allowed many WOPR groups and locals to become disorganized, but in November the work was finally left organized in order to be able to orystallize all of our inflyeboe in a real organization based on the a production basis.
The FRT has plantation committees, exactly how ny it is hard to say, but energy in this direotion has been lad ng to be able to completely carry out the basic change in our orga nization from residential organization into a real strong organization based on production and on the basis of trade union organizations by industry.
The CP and YCL have a very strong national influence. They practically direct the mass organizations (FRT and Caribbes MOPR. Anti militarist work 18 carried out by the comrades who are forced into obligatory military service. Visits have oven been organised to these comrades in the barracks, but a serious anti militarist organisation does not exist, owing principally to the fact that it was impossible to be able to attend to this work and to the very great lack of active elements of the FRT, in order to be able to completo the legations.
Lately work in the oriental Zone (departments of Lorazan, La Union, Chalatenango, San Miguel. Vaulutan, Cuzoatlan, ete. has been organized. In certain important political aspects our CP has lately shown itself legging. TWO ORSE 8: During the first days of ootaber all the politioal parties bared their rot texmess, their deceit to the working masses and our CP and YCL did not think of launching our CP into an independent strugglo and separate front against all political parties in order to make our class independent of all the liberal petty bourgeois tendencies and illusions. Another ORBO, much more serious, us the insurreotion of San Miguel. On loarning of this, the conrades not only failed to help that insurrection which was liquiditating the governmental organization which was fighting the plantation owners, administrators, eto. but they did not even send delegates to cooperate in the work of the insurrectionist comrades; when the leaders of the insurrection of San Miguel were imprisoned, the comrades contented the nselves merely by saying that it had been a petty bourgeois movement and the Caribbean MOPR had done absolutely nothing because the members of the CC of CP ith MUTIN advanced this oriterion; fortunately this procedure was corrected, but only with regard to the Caribbean MOPR work; but work in the insurreotion was not carried out.
Ideological weakness is the worst danger that exists in the Communist movement, because the lack of a lear urderstanding of the situation not only arries us into betrayal 11ko in the San Miguel ons, but it plagos us even farther behind than the tail, in a worse place than that of the wretohed followers of TV movements.
If it is true that trade wion work is carried out regularly, that the work of the Caribbean MOPR with all its defects is carried out and progresses, on the other hand, in a political direction, which is the fundamental one fr all of our organizations, our CP and our YOL, our party show8 profound a very serious weakness, since it can place the revolutionary movement in somewhat ugly and difficult position which might cause it to lose prestige among the working NASSO and which can have very grave consequences.
A11 the members of the CP and YCL are active and have constituted the spinal column in the struggle against oportunism.
STORT The trade union organisation includes anywhere from 4, 000 to 7, 000 members; it is not possible to MIEST obtain true statistics in this regard because of the continual growth of the trade union and the organizing of new trade unions throughout the country. Pluctuation in the later periods has been somewhat strong, but more members have joined than those who have quit or withdrawn.
