Resolución del CC del PCM sobre el caso de Sandino [1930-06-04]

The order of business of this meeting comprised wo points: The solution of Mafuenic in accordance with the agreement signed in Veracruz in June 1928 by Sandino and the representative of the Committee. Discussion on the concept of the anti imperialist struggle at the present period and particularly in relation to the Latin American governments.
The first point was finished, registering in the minutes the Continental Committee of Ladla is entrusted with the task of studying the cash balances presented by the Mafuenic committee being responsable at the same time for its publication, withdrawing by this means all responsability from Comrade Augusto Sandino and his army.
The minutes say further that the representative of the Mafuenic committee handed at on opportune time the false receipts whi ch for the amount of 1000 General Sandino signed to the mentioned Committee and which could not be made good, and finally the Continental Committee of Ladla was entrusted with the task of defining the motivities of Comrade Gustavo Machado, ex representative in Mexico of Sandino army over the considering any doubt as to Comrade Machado sincerity out of the question in the fulfillment of the representation conferred.
In relation to the second point of the order of business the of the discussion was the retirement of Bach, Leon, Pedrueza and Saenz, completely unmasked as traitors of the Anti Imperialist movement and, also the confirmation of the agreement between Sandino and ourselves.
