TO THE CCg OF THE CPS OF THE CARRIBEAN: Dear Comrades; In the circular of the Buro regarding the preparation of the 15th Aniversary of the October Revolution, we indicated in a general manner of how the Communist Parties of the Carribean had to concretise the lessons of the October Revolution thru the amplest popularization of the experiences of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, Lor BACH COUNTRY, and for EACH PARTY IN THE PRESENT STAGE OF THE STRUGGIE, The same circular underlines also the task of how to ut111se the 15 Aniversary zampaign tOSTREGPHEN ALL FORMS OF MASS WORK, stregthen the Party in the factories and among the agricultural workers on plantations and haciendas, improve radically our work in the reformist mions and among the unemployed, intensify our activities among the toiling peasantry.
The concretization of the lessons and experiences of the October Revolution to the present stage of our struggles in the Carribean presupoges in the first place the clear and definite understanding of the agrarian and anti imperialist revolution in the Carribean sex which is the next historic task of our movement which victory we shall be able to reach only on condition that the proletariat conquers the hegemony over the peasantry, the oppressed nationalities and the poor sections of the petty bourgeoisie of the cities, as the fundamental prerequisite for the development into the proletarian revolution.
